Adoption fees include rabies shot normal and spay/neuter cost. Prices as follows for Washington County residents: dog $55, cat $35. Out of county residents adoption fees: male cat $55.00, female cat $70.00, male dog $70.00, and female dog $90.00. $10 extra if in heat. RTO (return to owner) $10 + $2 per day board fee and proof of rabies shot or $10.

Shelter hours are 4 PM to 6 PM Mon. through Fri. and 8 AM to 1 PM Sat. Closed Sun. and holidays. For Salem Animal Control or Salem Animal Shelter call 883-3673. For Washington County Animal Control call 883-5999

Get your dog home safely, have it microchipped at the shelter.  $15.00 for local registration and $30.00 for      national registration.  Cremation services are also available at the shelter.  Call 883-3673 for details.
