Miller Transportation, the largest provider of intercity bus transportation in rural Indiana, has announced that it will begin operating one round trip schedule through its Hoosier Ride service traveling between Louisville, KY and Chicago, Illinois, Monday, November 11, 2013 . From Louisville, this new route will serve New Albany, Greenville, Palmyra, Salem (at McDonalds Resturant), Livonia, Paoli, Orleans, Bedford, Bloomington, Martinsville, Indianapolis, Lafayette, Remington, Merrillville, Gary and Hammond en route to Chicago utilizing comfortable, 56-passenger coaches with amenities that include electrical plug ins. Hoosier Ride, a subsidiary of Miller Transportation is a transportation service providing residents with easy and affordable service that connects them to major Greyhound markets. The service is primarily located in regions within the state of Indiana in need of daily, scheduled and affordable transportation.
