At designated weigh-in facilities complete your first weight-in to record your starting weight on your weekly personal scorecard;

Week 3: Monday, Dec. 3
Week 4: Monday, Dec. 10
Week 5: Monday, Dec. 17

Last Weigh-In: Jan. 2nd or 3rd
