The Salem Parks and Recreation Department will be registering children on the following dates at City Hall.
Registration dates are held at Salem City Hall, 201 East Market Street, for ages 5-12 years old. Those turning 5 years of age within the 2020 calendar year may sign up. The cost is $40.00 for all players.

First year players must supply an official copy of a birth certificate.
Those wishing to coach must fill out an application and be approved by the Park Board before assuming coaching responsibilities. Background checks are conducted through CPS and the Washington County Sherriff’s Department. Coaching positions are not guaranteed.
