The Salem Parks and Recreation Department will hold their first Youth Football registration Sunday July 31 from 1-4pm and will conduct the final sign up Sunday August 7th from 1-3pm in the Auxiliary Gym at the Salem High School.
The program is open to students within Salem, West Washington, and East Washington School districts, 3rd – 6th graders.
The fee is $40.00 per player. Equipment will be fitted and issued during sign ups, and parents must attend a mandatory meeting. League Director Bubba Abbott will go over a number of issues, including safety, policies, and other pertinent information for season. Director and coaches are USA/Heads Up Football trained and certified.
THERE WILL BE NO SIGNUPS AFTER AUGUST 7TH. - NO EXEPTIONS.
Season game play begins September 11th and will run approximately through October 30th.
