Dr. Fred Whitford, Purdue Pesticide Program Coordinator, will be the speaker during the Southern Indiana Area 2 Fall PARP Programs scheduled for Monday, November 11, 2013. Dr. Whitford will be discussing “The Impact of Water Quality on Pesticide Performance” and “Keeping the Trailer Connected to the Truck.” The same program will be held at two locations: Clark County Fairgrounds Suite 1 (9608 Hwy. 62, Charlestown, IN) from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm and Deer Country Equipment (2662 N. State Rd. 337, Orleans, IN) from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The program is free for attendees with a $10.00 fee for those who wish to obtain private applicator credits. Credits will only be given for attending one program. A RSVP is not required, but appreciated. Light refreshments (cookies and drinks) will be provided at both program sites.
